Manufacturing

Manufacturing through
selected partner factories.

ANS Apparels coordinates production through selected independent manufacturing partners in Bangladesh. The right production route starts with the product and the buyer’s requirements.

Sourcing coordination / illustrative process

Capability before
commitment.

Partner selection considers product category, machinery, technical capability, capacity, quality systems, compliance requirements, delivery schedules and buyer approval.

Our role is to coordinate the programme: clarify approved specifications, follow production planning, support communication and align quality checkpoints.

Programme coordination

Sourcing process

Review the buyer brief, agree development requirements, assess sourcing options and coordinate programme-specific quality and shipment checks.

Independent partner factory network

Manufacturing coordination uses selected independent partner factories. The applicable facility, documentation and programme requirements are reviewed for each enquiry; a partner relationship does not establish ANS factory ownership.

Production review questions

How is a production route selected?

The buyer brief defines category, construction, quantity, finish and required evidence. A proposed partner route needs programme review and buyer approval; it does not establish factory ownership or guaranteed capacity.

When can timing be confirmed?

Development, sample and production timing depend on the agreed specification, quantity, sourcing and approval steps. Confirm milestones in the programme review; a reference image does not promise sample availability or a delivery date.

What should a production brief contain?

Include specifications, size and colour quantities, artwork, labels, packing requirements, target market and approval checkpoints. Keep quotations and shipping/payment terms tied to the reviewed programme.
